President's Message
The BABC is the largest transatlantic business network, with more than 23 chapters throughout North America and the United Kingdom. Members and non members alike can visit the "Member Benefits" section of this website and learn about the benefits of membership from several compelling video testimonials there. But it’s only through active participation that you can really reap the benefits of membership.
You can find details of upcoming events in the “Calendar” section, and don’t forget to check out the action from previous gatherings in the “Photos” section. Indeed, throughout the website you can read about the host of commerce and networking opportunities, as well as gala events, that occur throughout the year. Naturally our programs have a focus on encouraging trade between the United States and Britain, but our Chapter is very much grounded in the Orange County business community, and we take special pride in our work with local charities. In fact, it often surprises people to learn that a large number of our members do not hail from the British Isles at all, but they have embraced the business and social opportunities that we provide.
Again, the continued success and growth of the chapter depends on the level of involvement of our members. Please come to our events, and volunteer to serve on a committee or to assist in any way you can. I look forward to seeing you at our next function, which as always will be celebrated with the uniquely 'British flair' of the BABC - Orange County.
