COSTA MESA, Calif.— July, 2017 – Almost five months into this amazing new role, I cannot believe the amazing people I have met and things I have done. From a reception at the British Consul General’s residence, to a Garden Party at the Montage Laguna to a fabulous day of golf for the BABCOC Annual Charity Golf Tournament, this new role keeps me very busy.

My favorite moment to date, was calling Vanesa and Lourdes, the two Orange County high school students, and telling each of them, that they had won the Scholarship Essay Contest and would be travelling to London this Summer.  After hearing their screams and tears of joy, I could not be any prouder to be part of the BABC OC.  I know this experience will change each of their lives and I cannot wait to hear all about their adventures.

My second favorite part of my role, is meeting the members and guests.  What a lovely and extremely interesting group of individuals.  Everyone involved brings something different to the “party” and this makes the business and social events so much fun.

I am currently busy working on the remaining events for 2017.  Please join us for our many events including the International Business Mixer (July 26th), British Family Picnic (August 6th), British American Business Awards (September 27th) and the grand finale…..our Annual Xmas Lunch (December 1st).  I hope to see you all there.
