Mr. Koch speaks frequently at industry events, providing thought leadership with a combined engineering and business perspective. He was also named one of Orange County’s 40-Under-40 by the Orange County Register along with Telogis co-founder, A. Newth Morris IV.

Prior to co-founding Telogis, Mr. Koch held engineering positions at Motorola and Texas Instruments in the semiconductor industry.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Justin is the Chief HR Officer for Experian North America, responsible for leading the HR function for the North America region consisting of the USA, Canada, Costa Rica and Chile.

Justin joined Experian in mid-January 2013, as HR Director for the UK & Ireland, and moved across to lead the North America HR function in November 2015. Justin has worked in the various roles in the telecoms and technology industry. He started his career at BT, where he spent 14 years, initially in marketing and product management, then through strategy and into HR. He led HR for BT’s Global clients and professional services division, and spent time living in Hong Kong where he led HR for BT Asia Pacific. In 2009 Justin moved to Logica where he was HR Director for Logica International, and then moved into the role of Group Organizational Development Director.

Justin holds a BA, in French & Business from University of Surrey, and received his M.B.A. at Kingston University. He obtained his Masters in HR Management at Rutgers, New Jersey State University.

Mr. Martell has over 30 years’ experience, including public company CFO, chief operating officer and general management positions in the marketing and financial services and business information industries. Most recently, Mr. Martell was president and chief executive officer of the Western Institutional Review Board (WIRB), a global provider of ethical and regulatory assessments and oversight of clinical trials undertaken by major academic institutions and medical centers as well as pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies.
Prior to WIRB, Mr. Martell was executive vice president and CFO of Advantage Sales and Marketing and, before that, Information Services Group. His experience also includes over 10 years at ACNielsen where he attained the position of chief operating officer and 15 years in a variety of financial leadership roles at the General Electric Company.
In January 2014, Mr. Martell was named by the Orange County Business Journal as the 2013 Outstanding CFO of a Public Company in Orange County.
Mr. Martell holds a B.S. degree in accounting from Villanova University.

As chairman, Walt Disney International, Andy Bird is responsible for Disney’s businesses outside of the United  States. Reporting to Disney Chairman and CEO Bob Iger, Mr. Bird and his global team develop and implement  strategies to increase Disney brand affinity and awareness in key international markets, introduce new customers  and guests to Disney’s unique storytelling legacy and iconic characters, and invest in and maximize opportunities    in emerging markets.

Since joining The Walt Disney Company in 2004, Mr. Bird has greatly expanded Disney presence around the world. During his tenure, Disney has: acquired UTV, one of India’s premier media and entertainment companies reaching almost 250 million consumers through film, television and interactive media; launched free-to-air Disney Channels in Russia, Turkey and Spain; launched Dlife, Japan’s first foreign-owned and free-to-air channel targeting women and families; increased local production, particularly for television content; and reorganized and integrated Disney’s international structure and leadership ranks.

Prior to joining Disney, Mr. Bird spent nearly a decade with Time Warner, joining in 1994 as senior vice president and general manager of Turner Entertainment Networks Limited. He rose to president of TBS International in 2000, and became responsible for all TBS broadcasting outside of the continental U.S.

Between 1989 and 1994, Mr. Bird held a number of positions in radio and television in Europe, including helping to start a music channel, producing and directing a popular London-based morning TV program, and producing a Saturday morning children’s TV show. In 1992, Mr. Bird was tapped by Unique Broadcasting, the largest independent radio production company in the United Kingdom, to start up and operate Unique Television.

Mr. Bird began his career with Piccadilly Radio in Manchester, England, as breakfast show producer. After that, he moved to London to join the Virgin Broadcasting Company working at Music Box, a Pan-European music channel. Later, Virgin asked Mr. Bird to help launch and program a satellite-delivered national radio service called “Radio Radio.” He became head of programming for the service, producing radio shows for leading comedians and television presenters.

A native of the United Kingdom, Mr. Bird is a Commander of the British Empire. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English language and literature from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne in 1985.

John Page is Senior Corporate Vice President, Chief Corporate Social Responsibility and Chief Legal Officer of Golden State Foods Corp. (GSF) a $7.5 Billion diversified food and distribution company. John has over 25 years of practicing as an attorney, both as outside and in-house counsel, and has litigated and tried numerous cases, including successfully arguing before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. John is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court. Joining GSF in 2004, John is responsible for all legal, governance and compliance matters for the company. Additionally, John provides executive leadership for GSF’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts, which include environmental initiatives, diversity and fair treatment, and community involvement.

John has actively engaged in diversity efforts throughout his career, demonstrating his on-going commitment to achieving equal opportunity and fair treatment for all workers. Currently serving on GSF’s Diversity Council, John works to ensure that workplace accountability practices are in place, equipping the company with the tools needed to sustain a safe, diverse and inclusive environment. An advocate and practitioner of enhancing business development and legal training for minority attorneys, John has provided business opportunities to capable attorneys of color and non-minority attorneys who have committed to staff matters with a diverse slate of minority and non-minority professionals. For his commitment, John received the 2011 ACC-SoCal Profiles IN Diversity Award, and in 2012, the ACC Matthew J. Whitehead, II Diversity Award, the Association of Corporate Counsel’s highest honor for diversity in the profession.

In addition to spearheading various diversity efforts, John successfully leads all corporate social responsibility initiatives for GSF, connecting the company’s CSR activities to a larger strategic vision through programs that engage employees, protect the environment and better the lives of people. John has been honored for his leadership a number of times and currently serves on the board of trustees for Tuskegee University as the chairman.  John has also served as president of the National Bar Association (NBA), the nation’s oldest and largest national network of predominantly African American attorneys and judges. In 2010, the Orange County Business Journal named him General Counsel of the Year. Also in 2010, John received the National Bar Association’s highest award, the C. Francis Stradford Award, for his service to the NBA and to the legal profession. In 2011, the African American Managing Partner Network honored John with the Corporate Counsel Pathfinder Award. 

Joining the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) in 2000, John has served on its board of directors since 2009, including serving as the organization’s chair for 2014-2015. He is a member of the ACC SoCal Chapter and was named the 2015 Member of the Year.   Page is a member of the California Association of Black Lawyers, and has served as a member of the NBA Board of Governors.  Previously, John has served on the board of the Education Law Center in Newark, New Jersey, the New Jersey Commission on the Discrimination in State Government Contracting, and the New Jersey Attorney General’s Task Force on Use of Deadly Force. He also served two terms as President of the Garden State Bar Association and three years on the New Jersey District X Ethics Committee.

Finally, John is a mentor to law students and is deeply committed to our youth, being involved in organizing “Journey To Attorney” which aims to invite, inform and inspire today’s youth to consider positive choices for the future including one that leads to a career in law.

A native of Brooklyn, New York, John is a 1987 cum laude graduate of Pace University, receiving a B.A. in Political Science and minor in History. While attending Pace, he was selected to serve as a member of the Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Society.  John received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1990, where he was an editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review.

Dr. Jo Ellen Chatham Thu, 21 Apr 2016 23:05:50 +0000 Dr. Jo Ellen Chatham is a Member of the Board of Trustees and Former Chair of PBS SoCaL, which also governs the KOCE-TV Foundation. PBS SoCaL is the second most-viewed of more than 340 PBS stations in the United States. Jo Ellen recently retired as Director of Public Affairs for the Southern Region of Southern California Edison (SCE) where her team of Region Managers was responsible for managing the relationships between SCE, the County of Orange and more than fifty cities in Los Angeles and Orange Counties. She recently was selected as Director of the Center for Public Policy at Concordia University.

Jo Ellen is currently the Lay Vice Chair of the Association of Public Television Stations (APTS), a member of the Executive Committee of the the Board of Directors of the Pacific Symphony, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Orange County Forum.

For nearly 15 years, Jo Ellen was an Associate Professor of Political Science at West Los Angeles College where she also served as an administrator and officer in the Faculty Senate. Prior to joining SCE, Jo Ellen was president of Eagle Forum of California, a public policy organization. She was appointed by Governor Pete Wilson to the Board of Governors of the California State Bar Association and the Narcotic Addict Evaluation Authority. She was a member of the Board of the Henry Salvatori Forum at the University of Southern California and served on the Orange County Commission on the Status of Women and on boards of numerous organizations, including the Orange County Business Council (Past Vice Chairman), the World Affairs Council of Orange County (Past Chairman), the Orange County Forum (Past President), Red Cross of Orange County (Past Secretary), the Orange County High School of the Arts Foundation Board, the Leadership Council of the Center for the Study of Democracy at the University of California at Irvine, the Board of Visitors of the Chapman University School of Law and Orange County Taxpayers Association.

Jo Ellen was the Republican nominee in the 69th State Assembly District in 1992 and was an alternate delegate to the 1996 and 2004 Republican National Conventions. For 15 years she served as the First Vice-Chairman of the Republican Party of Orange County and is First Vice Chairman Emeritus. She has chaired the Education Committee, Speakers’ Bureau and the Political Education Committee for the California Republican.  She is currently a member of the California Republican Central Committee and is vice chair of its Resolutions Committee.

In 1987, Jo Ellen authored “A More Perfect Union: The Constitutional Convention of 1787” which received official recognition by the United State Commission on the Bicentennial of the Constitution. She is listed in the Eighth Edition of World’s Who’s Who of Women and was named “Woman of the Year” by the California Legislature in 1987. In 1993 she was awarded “Woman of the Year” by the Women’s Coalition. In 2011 Jo Ellen received the “Visionary Award” conferred by the Coast Community College District and was awarded “The Golden Orange” award by the Orange County World Affairs Council.  In 2013 she received the “David J. Brugger Award for Grassroots Advocacy”’ from APTS.  In 2015 she the Ellis Island Medal of Honor.

Jo Ellen received her B.A. and M.A. in Political Science from California State University at Northridge and a second M.A. and Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Southern California. Her doctoral dissertation is entitled “Constitutional Interpretation: Views of the Early Congresses Concerning Judicial Review and Original Meaning”. She also studied Consumer Economics in the UCLA graduate school.


For two years Jo Ellen was a panelist on NBC’s Emmy Award-winning public policy program “Free 4 All” and a frequent guest in television and radio, including appearances on such programs as “CNN and Company,” “The Tom Snyder Show,” “The Today Show,” CBS’s “News Makers”, “Live in L.A.” and many others. She was a political columnist for the Daily Pilot and has organized and taught seminars in effective political action and media relations. She is a co-founder of the Alpha Political Campaign School and has authored The Political Campaign Manual, the Citizen Action Manual and is currently writing a book on the Magna Carta.

Coyle is the Director of Global Education, Chapman University, Orange, California.  He also is a Senior Nonresident Research Fellow at the Atlantic Council.  Dr. Coyle has held a number of positions in the US federal government, including director of Middle East studies at the U.S. Army War College; first secretary for political-military affairs at the U.S. Embassy in Ankara; senior political analyst for Palestinian affairs; and special assistant to the FBI/New York Joint Terrorism Task Force. He is co-author of “Politics of the Middle East: Culture and Conflict” published in December 2003 by Prentice-Hall (Second Edition: 2007.) Coyle speaks and/or reads Turkish, Persian, and French in various degrees of proficiency. Coyle’s areas of expertise include: national security strategy, Middle East politics, politics of energy, international relations, American politics, European and Eurasian politics, and political risk analysis. Coyle received his bachelor of science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, his master’s degree in public administration from Temple University, and a PhD in political science from George Washington University. His dissertation topic was “Nationalism in Iranian Kurdistan.”

Craig Boundy is Chief Executive Officer of Experian North America, a $2.4 billion company based in Costa Mesa, Calif. He is responsible for all Experian North America business lines, including Credit Services and Decision Analytics, Consumer Services, Vertical Markets (Automotive, Health and Public Sector) and Marketing Services. Boundy joined Experian in November 2011 as Managing Director of Experian UK and Ireland.   

Prior to joining Experian, he was CEO of Logica in the United Kingdom, having joined Logica in 2008 as CEO Global Operations. Before this, Boundy was at Cable & Wireless, where he was Chief Operating Officer (COO) of its business in Europe, the United States and Asia. Before Cable & Wireless, he was Sales Director and then COO at Energis. His early career was with BT.
Boundy attended Lancaster University in the United Kingdom, graduating in management studies and German. He currently lives in Orange County, Calif.
